Super Cup final: Spectators will be outdoors and safe

Following the political resolutions surrounding the organisation of the Budapest Super Cup Final, the MLSZ would like to draw the public's attention to the following:

• Thursday's FC Bayern Munich-Sevilla FC clash is an outdoor football match. As such, holding them in front of spectators is less risky than any indoor event. Moreover, as a result of strict and thorough health regulations, those who watch the fixture at the Puskás Arena will be significantly safer than a crowded street presence.
• The experience of the Hungarian championship matches held in front of spectators for several months now does not show that it would be particularly risky to visit outdoor sports events.
• Those coming from abroad can enter the stadium after such a strict health screening that any encounter with them will not pose an additional risk. Travelling supporters from each of the two teams will watch the match separately and will not meet the Hungarian fans.

Thanks to strict precautions, the Puskás Arena will be a safer venue than any other point in the country or even the whole of Europe at the time of the match.

The organisers expect to be able to count upon the cooperation of all participants and on maximum compliance with health regulations before, during and after the match! Preparations which have been ongoing for several weeks can only be successful if everyone present takes care of the public health situation.
