Thank you for the overwhelming support!

The Hungarian Football Federation's Executive Committee would like to hereby thank the fans of the Hungarian national team for the unforgettable support given during the matches of the European Championship. These fans committed to football have clearly contributed to the uplifting role of the Hungarian national team, so everyone would like to thank those who took part in encouraging the team in some way.

Following the pandemic, Hungarian fans created an outstanding and unforgettable atmosphere in the Puskás Arena and the stadium in Munich. In addition to the local organisation in Budapest, we can be really proud of the pure football atmosphere which has been experienced in our capital so far during this European Championship. The Hungarian national team's matches were watched by millions on television, in the fan zone and in front of huge projectors all over the country.

The fantastic atmosphere has moved into families and homes: The matches of the team coached by Marco Rossi are the most watched television programmes of 2021 so far. The MLSZ's Executive Committee would like to thank the fans for their support of the national team and trusts that it can count on the passionate and sporting encouragement of fans in the future too!
