First full NBI round of 2021 to get underway in Kisvárda

The first full round of this year’s OTP Bank Liga to follow the winter break will be round 17 on Saturday 23rd January, the opening fixture scheduled to be Kisvárda at home to Mezőkövesd at 14:30 CET, before Puskás Akadémia host Ferencváros at 17:00 and Újpest entertain MOL Fehérvár at 19:30.

The MLSZ's Competition Committee compiled the schedule for rounds 17-22 of Hungary's top tier. Round 17 will feature the three Saturday mentioned hereabove with three further fixtures due to follow on Sunday 24th January, Budafok versus MTK which will be live on M4 Sport, folloed by two more which will be broadcast live on M4+.

The first weekday round will be the 19th round on 2nd and 3rd February, the exact schedule of all the rounds soon becoming available in the MLSZ Databank.

Before round 17 commences, a postponed league match between Ferencváros and Diósgyőr will be played at 20:00 on 20th January.
