Loic Nego is 2019 Player of the Year in Hungary
MOL Vidi winger Loic Nego was announced as Hungarian football's Player of the Year at the RangAdo Gala ceremony on Monday evening, despite his team having finished runners-up to champions Ferencváros.
The league's award for best coach went to Debrecen's András Herczeg while Puskás Akadémia's Tamás Kiss took the Young Player of the Year prize after an outstanding first season with the club since his move from Haladás last year.
In the women's Jet-Sol Liga, league champions and FÖRCH Hungarian Cup winners Ferencváros provided both award recipients, Evelin Fenyvesi becoming 2019 Player of the Year and Sára Pusztai taking the Young Player of the Year accolade.
