Rossi: We must give everything as individuals and as a team

According to Hungary's head coach, instead of thinking of the aggregate score, his players need to concentrate on giving everything in the second leg at home to Turkey.
A 3-1 defeat in the Turkish city of Istanbul on Friday has put Hungary in a tricky spot after the first leg of the Nations League Division A play-offs. Marco Rossi held a press conference in Telki before the return match on Sunday, at the beginning of which he stated goalkeeper Péter Gulácsi and defender Bence Dárdai will both be available to the team tomorrow, but a decision on Roland Sallai will be left until after today's training session.
András Schäfer has already left the camp due to his unavailability on Sunday because of suspension, but fellow suspended squad member Zsolt Nagy has stayed with the group.
"We have to claw back a two-goal deficit, which is not an easy task, but we don't have to pay attention to the scoreline, but rather, we have to give our maximum individually and as a team, so that at the end of the match we can walk off the pitch with our heads held high and deserving of our fans' applause," Rossi explained. "The team is still in a good mood, the players feel that we did't deserve a two-goal defeat, and they know that it's our duty to give everything in the second leg. We have to defend in a stable, compact manner in the match, and attack when we have the opportunity. We will change a few things compared to the Istanbul match, but of course, we'll take into account Turkey's tactics too. We have to be smart, especially during the shifts (of possession) and the transitions after losing the ball, because Turkey have very good players and are extremely dangerous in attack."
The press conference was also attended by Paks midfielder Bálint Vécsei, who has returned to Marco Rossi’s squad after two years. "I'm returning to the national team after two years, so of course I'm very happy to be here again. I haven't felt any change compared to my experiences two years ago; the atmosphere is very good, the company is great and the work is taken just as seriously as when I was last here. We are missing some players, so everyone has to prepare in a way that they can play a role in the match, and that's how I'm preparing. Playing at home will be a big help - we want to fight for our Division A survival with the help of our fans," Vécsei confirmed.
Sunday's match will be led by German referee Felix Zwayer with his assistants Robert Kempter and Christian Dietz. The fourth official will be Florian Badstübner and the VAR assistant will be Bastian Dankert.
