FIFA Rankings: Hungary's men stay in 37th spot

It was in May when FIFA last issued a world rankings list, one in which the Hungarian national team was ranked 37th. Since that point they've played five matches, including the friendlies against Cyprus (a 1-0 win) and Ireland (0-0), two draws in their European Championship group (1-1 against France, then 2-2 against Germany), and just the one loss, 3-0 against Portugal.

Five ranking points were gained courtesy of these results, but the team's ranking has not changed, Marco Rossi's charges remaining in 37th place. Euro 2020 winners Italy rise to fifth place with the Belgians still at the top of the list. Hungary's next World Cup qualifying group opponent, England, are fourth in the rankings.
